Specializing in high-precision medical parts, Tolerance Masters provides CNC Swiss machining services, including boring, turning and milling as well as threading, broaching, slotting, and deep hole drilling. Pieces can include up to 5 part features, with maximum length of 18″ and maximum outer diameter of 1.25″, working to tight tolerances to .0002″. Our equipment features auto stock feeders, CNC control capabilities, and continuous and high-speed machining.

Working with metals from stainless steel and aluminum to titanium and iconel, we produce pieces like connectors, valves, shafts, gears, and fasteners. In addition, we machine a wide range of plastics: Delrin, Vespel and polymers. Aside from the medical industry, we also have customers from other sectors including telecommunications and aerospace. Whether conventional or exotic, we can work with the right metal or plastic for your application: lead, iron, stainless steel, ABS, PVC, and many more. With our CAD and CAM design and programming expertise and our CMM quality control equipment, you can be assured of a quality, precision end product.
