Vertical Milling Services

Working on our vertical machining centers, Tolerance Masters offer vertical milling services with full 5-axis capability. Operating in a 40" x 20" x 18" work envelope, we use high speed steel, carbide, carbon steel, and cobalt HSS cutting tools including flat end and ball end mills, chamfer, face, and twist mills, reamers and taps. Our machines feature spindles and chucks, with variable spindle speeds, power-operated table feeds, and high-speed machining.

We are experienced in 3D part modeling for prototypes and specialty jobs, and also produce short runs to high volume jobs. For maximum efficiency, we are equipped for fully automated manufacturing and follow lean manufacturing processes, allowing us to save time and money for our customers. Some typical products we mill include turbine components, hydraulic components, construction equipment, bushings, fittings, spacers, and aerospace components, and just a few of the metals we can work with are stainless steel, aluminum, bass, and many more.
