Wire Electrical Discharge Machining

With a focus on unique metal geometries, Tolerance Masters offers wire EDM machining services. Materials that we specialize in include carbides, titanium, high temperature steels, and other metals like cobalt and carbon steel. Our wire EDMs feature CNC 3-axis cutting movement glass scales, with a maximum material thickness of 4" and a bed size of 20" x 10" X 12".

Serving all industries, from marine to aerospace to medical, and more, some typical EDM applications and products include bushings, engine components, sleeves, counterweights, fixtures and tooling. Beyond our core wire EDM competencies, we offer additional capabilities like CAD design, CAM programming, complex component machining, honeycomb machining, monolithic component, and reverse engineering.
