With a focus on unique metal geometries, Tolerance Masters offers wire EDM machining services. Materials that we specialize in include carbides, titanium, high temperature steels, and other metals like cobalt and carbon steel. Our wire EDMs feature CNC 3-axis capabilities, with a maximum material thickness of 4″ and a bed size of 20″ x 10″ X 12″.
Tyipcal EDM applications include kidney pocket shaped configurations, tight hole shapes and slots. We are able to utilize down to .004″ wire diameter, but most commonly use .008″ to .010″ wire size. Contact us for a quote on any job, from a prototype or short run, up to a large scale production order.
