Tolerance Masters carries out CNC live tool turning to produce precision parts with a variety of features. Our turning equipment features an 18″ chucking capacity with a three-jaw chuck capability, and up to 42″ between centers. We offer live tool capability on 2-axis with CNC, bar feed and large swing capabilities.

Part features that we can machine include internal and external threading, splining, contour, form, taper and straight turning. We offer tapping, profiling, pocketing, and other tool functions as well. Working to tolerances of ± .0005″diametrically, we can produce almost any precision part.
